Credits and billing

What are aiXplain credits?

Credits are the billing unit on aiXplain's platform. 1 Credit = $1.

You can use credits to “Pay as you go” for asset usage and services on aiXplain. This flexible system allows you to pay only for what you use without committing to subscriptions or fixed plans.

With 1 credit, you can:

Translate 250,000 characters of text. That is around 200 pages.
Transcribe a 1 hour long audio file into text.
Synthesize 250,000 characters (200 pages of text) into audio.

How can you add credits?

Navigate to the credits dropdown in the top right of the screen. Click Add credits.

(Your total team credits are reflected on the top right-hand side of the screen. From there, you can view your latest transactions, add credits using a credit card, or set up recurring transactions to automatically add credits to your team.

Manage payments & transactions

Manage your payment method and view your transaction statistics and history in the Billing page.

The Billing page

Access the Billing page using the dropdown next to your name.

Transaction history

The transaction history section shows the number of API calls made and credits spent by your Team for all asset usage. The transactions are grouped as follows:

Agents (Grouped by agent calls)
Any tools used by the agent in a call appear within each group.
Models (Grouped by day)
All direct model calls in a given day appear within a single API call group. The total daily calls per model appear within each group. No additional fees are applied.
Pipelines (Grouped by pipeline calls)
Any models used in a pipeline call appear within each group. A service fee is applied to cover running costs.
Benchmark (Grouped by benchmark job)
Any models used during a benchmark job appear within each roup. An additional benchmarking fee is applied for reporting and scoring.
FineTune (Grouped by fine-tuning job)
A fine-tuning service fee is applied to cover running costs.
